Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and address. You will see the shipping cost and your full total before you pay.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 7:00 PM Eastern Time, or on a weekend or U.S. holiday, are processed on the next business day.
How long will delivery take?
Transit takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships, so the total estimated delivery time is 4 to 9 business days from the date you order. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS). The service used may vary by shipment and delivery destination.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you tracking details. You can also use our Order Tracking page with your order number and billing email.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in unused condition with original packaging and tags. Please contact us before sending anything back. Full details are in our Return Policy.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return your order under our Return Policy and place a new order.
Is there a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge a restocking fee on approved returns.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within up to 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to show the credit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel or change an order before it enters processing. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it after delivery under our Return Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will review it and tell you the next steps.
