This policy explains how Royather ships orders, how long delivery takes, and what to do if something goes wrong with a delivery.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If that changes, we will update this page with the countries, timelines, and charges that apply.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. The shipping cost is shown before you pay, together with your full total and any applicable sales tax. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Order Processing
- Processing time: 1 to 2 business days
- Order cut-off time: 7:00 PM Eastern Time
Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on a weekend or U.S. public holiday, are processed on the next business day. In this policy, a business day means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Processing can take longer during busy periods.
Estimated Delivery
- Transit time: 3 to 7 business days
- Total estimated delivery: 4 to 9 business days from the date you place your order (processing plus transit)
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery can take longer depending on your location, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control.
Shipping Carrier
We ship orders with the United States Postal Service (USPS). The service used may vary depending on the shipment and the delivery destination.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we send you an email with tracking information. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans your package. You can also check your order on our Order Tracking page.
Address Accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to correct it before the order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us because of an address problem, an additional shipping charge may apply to send it again.
Delays, Missing Packages, and Damage
- Running late: Weather, carrier disruptions, high order volume, and holidays can delay delivery. Contact us if your order is well past the estimate.
- Marked delivered but not received: Check around your delivery address and with neighbours, and allow 24 hours for the scan to settle. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number.
- Arrived damaged: Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Multiple Items
If your order has more than one item, items may ship separately. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
