This policy explains how refunds are issued after a return. For eligibility and how to send an item back, see our Return Policy.
How Refunds Work
When your returned item arrives, we inspect it to confirm it meets the conditions in our Return Policy. We then email you to say whether the refund is approved or declined, with the reason if it is declined.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. We cannot send a refund to a different card or account.
Refund Timing
After a return is received and approved, we process the refund within up to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time before the credit appears on your statement.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the original shipping charge is refunded together with the item price. For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued if a returned item shows signs of use or handling that reduce its resale value. We will explain the reason in the email about your refund.
Discounted Orders
If you used a discount code, your refund is the amount you actually paid for the item, not the original list price.
Refund Confirmation
When your refund has been processed, we send an email with the amount refunded and the payment method it went to.
